This webinar focuses on the clinical supervisor, a role that is critical to keeping services available for children and families. Mr. Burton draws on his personal experience to identify the impacts of the shift from face-to-face service delivery and supervision to a telehealth-only format. He offers seven actions that supervisors can take to remain resilient and to mitigate the potentially disruptive impacts of the current crisis on themselves and supervisees. This 32-minute webinar is an edited version of an extended conversation that he facilitated with family-based supervisors who train at the Wellspan-Philhaven site in Pennsylvania.
