This Trainer Mentor (TM) booster training focuses on the application of structural mapping within ESFT supervision and consultation. Participants will review how deliberate practice supports the development of structural thinking and how structural maps can be used to organize case conceptualization, guide video review, and inform treatment planning. The training emphasizes practical strategies for integrating structural mapping into routine supervision to strengthen consistency and relational focus across teams.
Objectives:
As a result of attending this training, participants will be able to:

- Describe the role of deliberate practice in supporting the development of structural competence within ESFT supervision
- Identify ways structural mapping can be used in case consultation, supervision, and video review to organize clinical focus and intervention planning.
- Differentiate the four maladaptive family structures and describe how structural hypotheses inform supervisory guidance and treatment direction.

This is an intermediate level course. The target audience is behavioral health supervisors working within an Intensive In-Home Ecosystemic Family Therapy Model. This is a live synchronous distance learning activity conducted in real time, allowing for simultaneous participation of participants and instructors from different locations.
