Training Hours: 4.0

This workshop addresses the heart of clinical supervision – giving feedback to supervisees such that it can be absorbed and used for growth and development. We will explore the reasons this goes well in some supervisory relationships while in others it does not.  Principals and strategies for providing effective feedback are provided.  To maintain an experiential, interactional format, supervisors are encouraged to share challenges they encounter with supervisees in giving feedback.  Assigned presentations should include team learning contracts and videotape of teams in supervision.
