RCPA members are invited to join us for a free member training offered on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at 10:00 am. Wendy Dean, MD, President and Co-Founder of Moral Injury of Healthcare, will present on Moral Injury — Distress, Reframing, and Repair.

The long-standing narrative of clinician and direct support staff distress focuses on a mismatch between resources and demands. Absent in that framing are the relational ruptures of moral injury experienced by too many staff. Addressing both the transactional and relational drivers of distress is most effective when all healthcare stakeholders come together to coproduce solutions.
