This training is designed for Team Leads who supervise therapists working in intensive, in-home community programs implementing Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy. The role and responsibilities of Team Leads are described and discussed. These roles include monitoring treatment fidelity, as well as supporting the development of clinical skills. Updated versions of fidelity measures are introduced in this training, and each measure’s purpose is explained. Guidance is provided on how and when to use each of the four different fidelity measures, as well as on how to interpret the results

Objectives:
As a result of attending this educational activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Describe expectations for the supervision of Team Leads
  2. Explain the uses of the Doc-F for measuring fidelity and promoting competency
  3. Explain the uses of the Sup-F for measuring fidelity and promoting competency
  4. Explain the uses of the Care-F and Child-F for measuring fidelity and promoting treatment effectiveness.
